I use the tablespoon measure (and others) in baking, ditto for cup(s), the stirring stick... well, I just like things made out of wood. The special thingie for scraping out the grounds can be practical too - I actually have a special scraper for my food processor - it is perfectly angled and gets _everything_ out with minimum of fuss. And so on.

A chromatograph - yeah, it would be good in baking too. Also an X-ray machine, for checking if the cake is baked through and through - no more poking it with a skewer.
